My role
As a product designer in Growth, I partnered with my team to drive growth to optimize for Monetization metrics. I worked closely with my PM, Data analyst and PMM to identify relevant data & customer insights. Then we probed further with qualitative research to create new hypotheses and build experiments with engineers to validate them.
Main Responsibilities and Impact
Led the E2E design and launch of Monetization experiments to achieve our main metrics: increase expansion, conversion and ARR.
Drove UX research and strategy for growth experiments including: leading user interviews, usability testing, survey design and insight synthesis.
Collaborated cross functionally with PM’s, data analysts, engineers and PMM in planning & roadmap prioritization based on user needs and business goals.
Measured the success of solutions with the team, reflected on our learnings and iterated to improve them.
Designed a scalable, adaptable solution for introducing sales tax to the checkout flow that successfully launched across 31 countries.

Our team is responsible for generating healthy revenue and qualified leads from the product to Enterprise sales. We believe that to enable growth, we have to create more value for existing and new users.
